Art for Neighborhoods, Proposal 315, to be Heard by Full Council on November 30, 2015

On October 14th, Councilor Barth’s “Art for Neighborhoods” proposal was passed unanimously by the Council’s Community Affairs and Education Committee. The Art for Neighborhoods program, aimed at supporting and creating vibrant Indianapolis neighborhoods, will now be heard by the full Council on November 30, 2015 at 7:00 at the City/County Building.
