Supporting our Neighborhoods

April 22, 2011

We often hear the phrase “World Class City.” But what does that mean and how do we get there? Our city and county is made up of many neighborhoods, each with different strengths and challenges. Elected officials must do more than listen when citizens reach out to government. We must foster involvement and new ideas to support neighborhoods, in all nine townships.  Read the “John Barth for Council” paper on ideas to support Indianapolis neighborhoods without “breaking the bank” here: Barth for Council Neighborhood Support 4-21-11
