Parking System Privatization: A Closer Look

Public/private partnerships can benefit government and citizens – but not in every case, and not unless we carefully check the fine print before we sign on the dotted line.  It’s possible that parking operations in Indianapolis is a service that is well positioned to be a good candidate for a successful public/private partnership. But there is not enough information for a thoughtful reviewer to sign on the dotted line just yet – and there are too many unanswered questions.
